The dice game of breath control

Mistress Anfisa wants to play a dice game with the slave. He gets two and Mistress Anfisa keeps one. The slave rolls the dice first, Mistress Anfisa multiplies the number rolled by the number she rolled. The result is how many seconds the slave has to go without oxygen! He gets scared - and rightly so! Mistress Anfisa encloses his mouth and nose with her hands and starts to count...
