Horrible punishment from Mistress Anfisa

Mistress Anfisa doesn't completely take the slave's breath away completely right away, no, she instead punishes him instead in an even more cruel way. She presses her hands over his mouth and also takes his nose between two of her fingers. This way she allows him to breathe in some air through his nose but this oxygen supply is simply not enough!
